Location
Guest Ratings & Reviews
The hotel's location was very convenient and suited our needs perfectly. Just be aware of your reasons for booking. The rooms were very small and had a slight smell, but they did come with a fridge and a TV. However, the oversized TV took up unnecessary space in the room. The dining experience was slow, with limited breakfast options. The location, near the bus station and within walking distance of restaurants and downtown Ottawa, was excellent for the price.
The hotel's location is excellent, just behind the bus stop and near the town center. It offers a good deal in terms of price and location, being close to major attractions and the city center. However, the traffic noise can be bothersome. The rooms were very clean despite one guest's remark about a previous occupant. The dining experience, while providing fresh products, was described as the strangest ever by one visitor.
The hotel is conveniently located near the main trans-Canada highway and bus station, making it easy to explore downtown Ottawa attractions like Parliament Hill and Rideau Canal. The room with 2 full-sized beds was quieter than the one facing the street but had shared washrooms in the hallway. The dining experience was slow, but the location's proximity to downtown and public transport is a major plus.
